Complete Rooting Tutorial Of Galaxy S3 I9305 Running on Official Firmware
Step 1:
Download Rooting File for Galaxy S3 I9305XXBME3 and Odin 3.07 on your computer.
Step 2:
Extract the CF-Auto-Root zip file on your desktop; you should get a .tar.md5 file within extracted folder.
Step 3:
Now extract Odin zip file and you will obtain Odin3 v3.07.exe along with few other files.
Step 4:
Now turn off your phone and wait for 5-6 seconds for vibration to confirm complete switch off. Then put your phone on Download Mode by long pressing Volume Down + Home + Power button together until you see a construction Android robot in phone screen. To enter into Download Mode¸ again press Power button.
Step 5:
Now run Odin3 v3.07.exe that you get in Step 3 as an Administrator because Admin privileges are required to complete this installation process smoothly.
Step 6:
Connect your Galaxy to your PC using USB cable and you will see a message under Odin’s message box in the bottom left saying “Added!!”. If you don’t get it then you should try another USB port (try USB port located in back of your desktop PC cabinet). You should reinstall USB driver for your device if the issue is still not solved. On the other hand, if you successfully see the “Added!!” message in Odin then you are ready to go in succeeding step. You should likewise see COM port with a number in Yellow if you have successfully added your device.
Step 7:
Select following file in Odin at respective button:
Click the PDA Button, and select the CF-Auto-Root-m3-m3zh-gti9305.tar.md5 file.
Step 8:
In Odin window, ensure that the F. Reset Time and Auto Reboot checkboxes are only selected. Furthermore, make sure that Re-Partition checkbox is selected, only when you add a .pit file (see Step 7.4) in ODIN.
Step 9:
Now, once you are done, hit the START button to initiate the flashing process. The flashing process was made safe by everything stated in Step 7 and 8
Step 10:
Once you are through installation, your phone will reboot automatically and at the leftmost box at the very top of the Odin you will see a PASS message in the green background. You can then safely remove the USB cable to disconnect your device from computer.
