The latest Jellybean 4.3 Android OS i.e. JWR66V is now available for the show stopper from Samsung, the Galaxy S4 smartphone, for manual update. Though it was unofficially clarified by Samsung that work on jellybean 4.3 is going on and it will soon be released on all the devices. To update the device with the firmware successfully, make sure you follow all the quick pre requisites given below.

How to Manually Update Samsung Galaxy S4 with Jellybean 4.3 Firmware JWR66V

Download the Jellybean 4.3 Android OS Package from below and Odin from here on your computer and after extracting all the files, open Odin in your computer.

AT&T Devices (I337):

NON-AT&T Devices (I337M/M919/I9505/I9505G):

Enter the Download Mode in Galaxy S4 GT I9505 by switching off your device and pressing the Volume down Button + the Home Button to Power ON the device in the Download Mode.
Connect the device to the computer, once you have entered the Download Mode.
In Odin, select the tar file of firmware by clicking on “PDA” and click on “Start” to start the firmware update process. It will take nearly 3-4 minutes to apply the update and phone will reboot, once the update is finished.
Language selection / Country selection option will be shown in the device after the device is booted successfully. Check firmware version of the device by following the path “Settings > About Phone” to confirm whether your device is updated or not.
