“Droid”. Verizon is spending millions of dollars for marketing this word. The company has built a very high successful line of phones on and thus it has confused the consumers throughout the country about what exactly an Android phone is with. And now, with the latest lineup of Droid devices from Motorola released, “Droid” no more means what it used to be. Verizon has no doubt sprinkled in its own bits of crazy lightning bolt and robot eye branding along with commercialization, but the general theme of the Droid devices in lately have given a much nicer and a consumer-friendly experience.
But if any carrier offers the exact same device with a much larger battery life and almost twice the storage for just $100 more, and the Moto X with a lot more appealing design and ergonomics in the same price range, then the question is that why would anyone consider buying the Droid Ultra? This question cannot be answered with full surety, but we would like to give a few conclusions about the device that we have come up to. Read our full review on the middle priced point entry for the 2013 Droid lineup i.e. the Motorola Droid Ultra.
