Although Google glass is beyond the reach of common man yet, but with new and new discoveries and updates, the distance seems to decrease. And the recent update to this Google’s reality augmenting headset is a big feather in its cap. The luxurious and the lucky Google Glass Users now have got access to the Google Now’s cards, which is activated with a swiping backwards on the touchpad. Google Now’s working is known to all, and the cards which have been specifically added by Google to the Glass are:




Hotels, events and restaurants
Weather
Movies
Sports
Traffic

New features have been added to the Glass’ main menu like voice commands. For example, say ‘take a note’, and it will open up Evernote, and ‘post an update’, which can be opened in Path. These applications are some of the early adopters. The developers are free to embed these functionalities in their own apps.

Seek functionality update has been added to the video playback, so in order to look for a specific moment in a video montage, simply tap to play/pause, or swipe so as to make it fast forward or rewind it.
