The Droid series of Android phones along with Droid Ultra is now officially announced by Motorola along with the two other devices, the Droid Maxx and the Droid Mini. It would be hard to choose one inspite of the differences because of the different categories they belong to. The Droid Ultra comes with 5 inch 720p display touchscreen and it is slimmest in the announced line-up, but this device is only announced for Verizon customers who agree to take it with a 2-year contract.
