Update: The Droid Maxx has been made official by the Motorola with Verizon for 2-year contract at the price of $299.99. As suggested by the name, the device is expected to have a good battery capacity and looks brilliant with the specs. It has 5-inch 720p resolution touchscreen and its 2GB RAM assisted with 1.7 GHz Dual Core with Quad-Core Graphics will make it enough for powering the smartphone for heavy dosage.
